Erin Sarofsky

Erin Sarofsky is best known for directing gorgeous, innovative main title sequences for television and blockbuster movies including “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” “Doctor Strange” “Animal Kingdom” “The killing” and  “Shameless”.

In the last few years Erin’s work has evolved and expanded significantly, in style and medium.  She equally balances projects for notable brands and agencies with her Main Titles and TV Show Openers. Stylistically, she’s become a seasoned and diverse live-action director. Producing work that uses the Phantom camera to create imagery ranging from high-speed to the extreme macro perspective (Animal Kingdom) and also incorporating design, cg and vfx in concert with live action,  gives the work a distinct, ownable look (Jeep: Halsey). Having laid the foundation for her latest project for Apple, Erin created a visually stunning, modern day, mixed-media film,  capturing and unleashing moments that had been hidden away in her old journal. Her concept for Apple’s Artists Series highlighted the power of Apple’s iMac Pro.
