It’s that time of year again… The Women’s Global Education Project’s annual NDAJEE celebration!

Just a reminder, since it’s probably been about a year since you last heard about WGEP… Women’s Global Education Project believes education for girls—especially for those in the remote, rural areas of the world—is one of the most effective ways to fight global poverty. It now works in 65 villages in rural Senegal and Kenya, addressing the complex barriers that keep girls out of school. By partnering with local, community-based partners, WGEP ensures that their programs (which focus on scholarship support, family involvement and community awareness) are tailored to, led by and owned by the communities they serve.

Ndajee, which means "get together," is WGEP's vital annual fundraiser, where your support is mission-critical, and greatly appreciated. Here are the details of the event:

This year, there’s an extra special treat… We’ve been working on a short-animated piece for WGEP, which will premiere at the event.
